Terms and conditions

1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions ("the Agreement"), the following words or phrases have the meanings set out below:

• "Customer" means a person who uses our services to purchase goods or receive a service from us;
• "Goods" means any product purchased by a Customer through our platform;
• "Services" means any service provided by Pub Casino to a Customer, including but not limited to customer support and order tracking.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Goods or Services, Customers acknowledge that they have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.

3. Amendments

Pub Casino may amend these Terms at any time without prior notice to the Customer. Any amendments shall come into effect immediately upon publication on our website or notification in-store.

4. Prices

All prices are quoted in Euro (€) and include Value Added Tax (VAT), where applicable. Pub Casino reserves the right to change prices from time to time, but these changes will not affect orders that have already been paid for.

5. Payment Terms

Payment must be made in full prior to delivery or pick-up of Goods or Services. Credit or debit cards accepted are those issued by Irish banks and financial institutions.

6. Delivery and Availability

Pub Casino will use all reasonable endeavours to deliver the Goods on time, but does not guarantee that deliveries will occur as scheduled. If the Customer is unavailable for delivery at the agreed time, Pub Casino reserves the right to charge a fee for re-delivery or storage of Goods until delivery can be made.

7. Warranty and Liability

Pub Casino warrants that the Goods are free from defects in material and workmanship but excludes liability for indirect losses incurred by the Customer arising out of use of Goods or reliance on our advice, information, guidance, data, recommendations, opinions contained in or related to any Good or Service. Any express warranty given is in lieu of all other warranties whether implied or statutory.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

Pub Casino retains ownership of and title to the intellectual property rights (including copyright) in all Goods sold through its platform. Customers must not reproduce, distribute or otherwise use such works without prior written consent from Pub Casino.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Irish law and any disputes will be resolved exclusively by the courts of Ireland. The Customer submits to the jurisdiction of those courts for determination of these Terms.

10. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Pub Casino and the Customer with respect to its subject matter.

11. Termination

Pub Casino reserves the right, at its sole discretion, without liability, to cancel or suspend all or part of a transaction should it be necessary in order to comply with Irish law.

12. Definitions Continued

In these Terms, "Irish consumer" means a Customer who has entered into this Agreement for purposes that are outside their trade, business or profession; and "Regulators" includes the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission and any other relevant regulatory authorities in Ireland.
